Here is a band with clear potential. Watch. Listen. Read this bio.

Aged 16 to 28, Little Vegas and the Fuzz Parade are a mixed bunch of cousins and brothers. Slamming stages with their “Janis meets AC/DC” style of garage rock, the band have been solid players on the local scene since their inception in 2006. They have established an honest reputation and growing fanbase, playing venues including The Zoo, The Step Inn, The Troubadour and The Globe, and toured interstate on the back of their debut single release in 2007. Lead vocalist Sabrina Lawrie has been a constant figure on the Brisbane scene, with an underground career dating back to 1998. Lawrie has previously received acclaim on Triple M, Triple J, MTV, Rage and Channel V with former band Tongue, and been privileged to work with producer Mark McGelligot (Powderfinger live engineer) and more recently, local luminary Skritch (Beasts of Bourbon, Mary Trembles). Describing themselves as “gravel set in cream”, the band draws on elements of ’60s psychedelia brewed with ’70s-style rock’n'roll, with monstrous lead melodies full of joy. In November 2007, the band won the $10,000 WOTNEXT people’s choice award, giving them a place in an industry showcase and consultations with Alberts Music.
